Please briefly describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and Appodium version are also helpful. Only send private screenshots or recordings when they are genuinely needed to diagnose the issue.

Purchase, restore, and codes

You can find the lifetime purchase in Appodium under Settings → Appodium Unlimited. From there, you can purchase lifetime access, restore an existing purchase with your Apple Account, or redeem an Apple offer code.

Apple securely handles payment, billing, and code redemption. Appodium will never ask for your Apple Account password or payment details.

Imported screenshots, videos, voice recordings, and projects stay on your device. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
